1) Perris, California
-almost a "past" project
This pool is nearly completely finished, except for a remote
system which will allow for control of the six scupper fountains
and turning on the pool heater with only a phone call. We use
quality Pentair products with excellent warranties.Note
before and after pictures at right. We started with a "raw"
yard, but we can manage any existing landscape of course.
We finished the inside pool surface with durable
Pebble Tecİ
made with a custom color we call "Blue Jay." For the
pool deck and front pathways at left and right sides of the
house, and at the custom cement steps from the sidewalk to front
door we poured a special two-tone color release stamped colored
concrete. Around the pool are six
fountain water feature scuppers that spray into the pool and a
matching tiled natural gas fire-pit. For the equipment we used
Pentair's energy efficient Whisper-flo pool pump, filter, and
Master-Temp pool heater. The pool is
also out fitted with an adjustable vacuum port for the automatic
pool cleaner and an automatic water-fill. |
2) Hollywood Hills,
California
Pool remodel and new construction separate giant sized "party spa"
with hard-scape;
matching stack-stone finish fire-pit with benches, out door stone "insta"
shower, and waterfall with meandering river to a pond thru the spa
and fire-pit area. The existing pool was remodeled with quartzite
stone at the waterline and a "Tahoe Blue" color
Pebble Tecİ
finish. |
3) Malibu, California
Existing pool remodel with new construction "raised" spa
spilling into pool, plus a large
"Baja" tanning shelf with umbrella stand at shallow end of
pool. The existing pool will be remodeled with quartzite stone
for the waterline and a "Ocean Blue" color
Pebble Tecİ
finish. Also a total re-plumbing of pool removing all
deteriorating copper plumbing, including new PVC plumbing for
new main-drain, new and better relocated skimmer, adjustable
deck-side auto-vacuum port, and automatic water-fill. Existing
water feature waterfall to pool was also remodeled with a new
realistic texture/color and improved plumbing. |

This is the pool in Perris (July 22, 2008)
Just after the pool is excavated, rebar is set in which will fortify
the gunite shell of the pool. Forms levels are set according to the
expected level of the coping and or deck. After this stage will be
the "rough" plumbing and electrical for the light(s) as desired.
Extra plumbing features will be an automatic water-fill, "easy"
adjustable vacuum port, and six fountain laminar scuppers which will
arc a stream of water from the deck into the pool for a playful
dramatic effect.

Here the pool is nearly 100% finished Water is
still being added for the first time; note the garden hose draped
over the right edge of the pool. The scuppers were turned on for
testing and adjusting. The pool surface was finished with a custom
color "Blue Jay" Pebble Tec and the concrete deck is a custom
two-release color stamped concrete.. Note the spritzing scuppers.
