Weekly Maintenance - (always) includes:
Water Quality Tests:
-Test for sanitizer levels; Chlorine / salt, or copper / silver -for non-chlorine "ION" systems.
-Test for pH condition
-Test for Total Alkalinity (TA)
-Test for cyanuric acid ("conditioner") -related to chlorine systems.
-Test for calcium levels (periodic)
-Test for TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) (periodic)
Treatments:
-Chlorine addition for chlorine systems (up to one gallon per week for pools up to 40,000 gallons)
-Tablet form chlorine -extra; by the tablet or bulk quantities.
-Salt for salt systems (nominal fee per 40 pound bag -requires mixing)
-Muriatic acid for pH balancing
-Sodium Bi-carbonate for TA & pH balancing
-Anti-scaling agents
-Algaecides
Skimming
Tile Cleaning
Vacuuming
Brushing
Emptying pump strainer baskets & skimmer baskets -check all filters
Back-washing
Tidying up the equipment area
Keeping the pool deck clear
Low water alerting -we cannot not add water due to liability
Continuous Communication: reach or Technicians immediately by mobile phone anytime.
Other things our technicians look for:
-Odd or unusual occurrences; noise (pump/filter/heater)
-Leaks
-Electrical hazards: exposed wiring, disconnected bond wires, water in light fixtures, missing or malfunctioning GFCI
-Heater issues: poor combustion/operation.
We like to make sure everything is as it should be with your systems. If we notice something is wrong we will inform you immediately.
